Bureaucrats have the ability to promote or demote users of administrator, bureaucratic, moderator, and rollback rights. Bureaucrats also have the ability to block certain users. Their responsibility is to maintain and protect the wiki as well as its users keeping wiki vandals under control, this right is only given to trusted admins. Bureaucrats are seen as the owner(s) of the wiki.

Abilities
- Add groups: content-moderator, rollback, Administrators and Bureaucrats
- Remove groups: content-moderator, rollback, Administrators and Bots
- Remove group from own account: Bureaucrats
